Private Childbirth Classes $450
Finding a class that works with your schedule can be difficult, but that is where a private class comes in REAL handy. I can meet with you, when it works for you. In your classes, you will drive the learning. These classes are meant to be conversational. Ask whatever questions you have along the way so you can dig deeper into the evidence based information that matters to you and your unique birth. We will meet for a total of 9 hours and cover information about healthy birth practices, the labor process, coping in labor, planning for the unexpected, and what happens in the immediate postpartum period. I use a holistic philosophy to support you and your best birth.
Birth Planning $100
Looking for extra support in making a birth plan with the help of an experienced doula? Get to know all your options be it for an unmedicated vaginal birth or a planned cesarean birth. By the time our meeting is finished, you will have a birth plan with your detailed preferences.
Postpartum Doula Support
$40 Hourly
Making the new normal once a baby joins the family takes time, but you don't have to do it alone. Having a postpartum doula will look different for every family, but starting with extra support with whatever you need is a great asset to your recovery and bonding with your new baby. Typical support will include breastfeeding support, light housework, time spent with older kids, meal preparation, getting new parents some much needed rest.
